Director General

Marc Lolivier is the General Delegate of the Federation of e-commerce and distance selling (FEVAD). Before joining FEVAD in 2002, he was legal and regulatory affairs director for Europe in an international publishing group. In addition to his duties as General Delegate of FEVAD, Marc Lolivier represents France in the European E-Commerce Federation (Ecommerce Europe). He also holds mandates in various private and public organisations as a representative of e-commerce professionals. He has a master's degree in private law and a DEA in intellectual property law and is a graduate of the French Press Institute. He is the author of numerous articles on marketing and e-commerce published in France and abroad and teaches e-commerce and digital economy law at the University of Paris I Sorbonne.
