I am an e-commerce, digital, and CRM professional with extensive experience and a solid reputation in the industry. In the past, I have worked as a Co-founder of an e-retailer and later as a Senior E-commerce Manager, Digital, and Digital Marketing Manager in large companies, where I successfully managed company properties such as websites, apps, social channels, and CRM.
Thanks to my experience, I have gained in-depth knowledge of key areas of digital marketing, including social media, PPC/Advertising, and SEO. I have also developed advanced skills in CRM, enabling me to effectively manage customer relationships.
I have achieved numerous significant results throughout my career. For example, I led the ideation and creation project of the website and app for Nuncas Spa, developing an omnichannel strategy that resulted in an 83% year-over-year growth in e-commerce. At Sacchi Spa, in the B2B world, I designed and created a PWA and implemented a multi-platform digital sales strategy that led to a 152% year-over-year growth in e-commerce. Currently, at Trenord, I manage the online sales channel and CRM, achieving a 110% increase in digital revenues over two years.
Furthermore, I have a strong command of major CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics, and have successfully worked with large customer databases, developing customer loyalty and upselling strategies that resulted in a significant increase in sales.
My skills also include in-depth knowledge of major CMS and digital marketing tools, which I have utilized to achieve business objectives and develop effective strategies in a highly competitive environment.
