With over twenty years of experience in Sales & Business Development and a degree cum laude in Economics, Maria Teresa Minotti builds her professional career in several companies, mainly multinationals (Colgate & Palmolive, British American Tobacco, Poste Italiane, Western Union and PayPal) where she holds different roles (Sales Key Account Manager, Trade Marketing, Business Development). She joins PayPal in 2012 to deal with Financial Innovation and new verticals. Two years later she becames Head of Small & Medium Business and Partnership, expanding his responsibility to small and medium enterprises in the Italian market and building new partnerships to accelerate the growth of the segment. In 2020 she went from Head of Merchant Services, head of Large Enterprises, to Director of PayPal Italy, with the aim of leading the development of the business for the Italian market.
