Aaron is a specialist in customer experience, automation and growth strategies. In the role of implementation manager, he is responsible for analyzing, developing strategies, implementing procedures and technical tools in order to optimize business processes and generate added value. Graduated in languages and specialized in audio engineering, he combines experience in consultancy in the communication sector with roles of technical and strategic responsibility in the media and entertainment market. In the corporate world, he was the national team lead of the operations and sales departments as well as a point of reference in the company transition processes. He joinded the Active Powered group in 2021 with the EdgarBot and Desk Hero projects.
