[WORKSHOP IN ITALIAN] The Customer Experience (CX), i.e. the overall experience that customers have while interacting with a company, is becoming an increasingly important factor for business success.
In fact, CX, in addition to always being one of the main elements enabling customer loyalty, has now also become a new sales channel, generating upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Even in an uncertain economic climate, therefore, the investment in customer service pays off. But that's not all: with the right tools, customer relationships become manageable in an efficient and scalable way for the company and much richer in information - and offers - for customers.
In this workshop, Zendesk and its customers Sandoz and PagoPA will analyze the main challenges and actions you can take now to reduce costs, increase revenues and maintain a loyal customer base.
Of course AI is involved: during the workshop we will announce the new AI-powered features of the Zendesk suite. It will be an opportunity to talk about how AI can really help people do their job better.
